Please be advised that the Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the Guam Congress Building in the Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies of the following:

I. BILL NO. 82-38 (COR)- Introduced by William A. Parkinson- “AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 10 OF DIVISION 1, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; TO ADD A NEW § 42A101(i)(20) TO CHAPTER 42A OF DIVISION 3,TITLE 7, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; TO AMEND § 42A101(j) OF CHAPTER 42A,DIVISION 3, TITLE 7, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; RELATIVE TO MEDICAL MALPRACTICE IN THE TERRITORY OF GUAM; AND TO CITE THIS ACT THE “DO NO HARM: THE ANTI-MEDICAL MISCONDUCT ACT OF 2025.”
The public is invited to provide testimony on the agenda item at the Guam Legislature, Public Hearing Room.
Virtual attendance using the Zoom platform is available for persons requiring accommodations, and on a case-by-case basis. Legislative protocol for virtual hearings must be adhered to.
