Please be advised that the Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies on the following:

• Appointment of Siska S. Hutapea- to serve as a member, Guam Economic Development Authority Board of Directors, for a term length of Four (4) Years from date of confirmation.
• Appointment of Andrew C. Park- to serve as a member, Guam Economic Development Authority, Board of Directors, for a term length of Four (4) Years; May 26, 2025 to May 25, 2029.
• Appointment of Christina D. Garcia- to serve as Administrator, Guam Economic Development Authority, for a term length as set by the Guam Economic Development Authority Board of Directors.
