ANNOUNCEMENT:

PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR THE LIHEAP 2025 MODEL PLAN DRAFT

GEO invites the public to review and provide comments regarding the LIHEAP 2025 Model Plan and GUAM LIHEAP Policies and Procedures Manual 2025. The comment period will be from Friday, July 25, 2025, to Friday, August 8, 2025.

Plans may be viewed on the Guam Energy Office website, energy.guam.gov or at the GEO's office, located at 548 North Marine Corps Drive, GU 96913, during regular business hours. GEO is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

GEO will accept online and written comments:
