PUBLIC NOTICE

The Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center
will hold a

PUBLIC COMMENT SESSION
for the

FFY 2026-2027 Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG)

The MHBG program makes funds available to each state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and 6 Pacific jurisdictions (including Guam)
to support mental health and substance use related activities and services for their populations, specifically prioritizing treatment and recovery support for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.
