PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mangilao Municipal Planning Council will hold a 1^st Public Hearing on Wednesday August 13, 2025 at 5:30PM at the Mangilao Senior Citizens Center.

Zone Change Application No. 2024-21, Archway, Inc. request for Zone Change from “R-1 Zone to “C” Zone for a proposed 2-story coffee and tea restaurant and duplex, on Lot 2322 NEW 1-2-R2, Municipality of Mangilao.
