SUBJECT: Third Special Session by Request of Maga’hågan Guåhan, the Governor of Guam –
Wednesday, September 10, 2025 AT 3:00 P.M.

The Governor is calling the Guam Legislature into Third Special Session on September 10, 2025, at
3:00 p.m. in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall in the Guam Congress
Building, to address her following legislation:
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FORTY MILLION DOLLARS ($40,000,000) FROM THE GENERAL FUND
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO FUND GUAM MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AUTHORITY
OPERATIONAL COSTS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
The Speaker will convene Session at 4:00 P.M.
The session will be broadcast on GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117 or 112-4 and
at http://www.guamlegislature.gov/live_feed.htm. A recording of the session will be available online via
Guam Legislature Media on YouTube after the session.
