- Bill No. 161-38 (COR) – V. Anthony Ada - AN ACT TO AMEND § 8121(e) OF CHAPTER 8, TITLE 4, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE DESIGNATING RETIREES, WHO ARE REEMPLOYED IN THE GOVERNMENT OF GUAM, AS INELIGIBLE FOR THE ACTIVE EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLAN.
- Bill No. 148-38 (COR) – Frank F. Blas, Jr. - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE 5 TO DIVISION 3, CHAPTER 37, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND TO BE TITLED AS “THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE PROTECTION AND DEPARTMENT/AGENCY HEAD RECUSAL” UNDER THE FALSE CLAIMS AND WHISTLEBLOWER ACT.
- Bill No. 144-38 (COR) – Sabrina Salas Matanane - AN ACT TO AMEND §§ 771403 AND 771405 OF CHAPTER 77, TITLE 12, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO EXTENDING THE AUTHORIZED TAX CREDITS FOR THE REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENTS OF THE FOOTBALL FIELDS OPERATED BY THE GUAM NATIONAL YOUTH FOOTBALL FEDERATION.
