The Request for Proposal (RFP) packet and any addenda for the Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense (GHS/OCD) procurement of professional consulting services for site survey, network design, and it infrastructure integration services will be issued on September 15, 2025, and available for public inspection in paper form for pickup. The RFP packet can be accessed at the Executive Management Office (EMO), Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor's Complex, 513 West Marine Corps Drive, Hagåtña, Guam, 96910, September 15, 2025, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ChST, excluding holidays and weekends. To obtain an RFP packet, a registration form must be submitted to the Single Point of Contact. All prospective offerers must register their contact information with the Single Point of Contact to ensure they receive notices regarding changes or updates to the RFP. The Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense (GHS/OCD) shall not be liable for failure to provide notice to any part who did not register their contact information. This RFP Announcement is available at https:// notices.guam.gov. Proposals must be submitted by Thursday, October15, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. ChST, to the EMO address above. GHS/OCD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or offers and to waive any informalities, with such rejection or waiver being in the best interest of GHS/OCD.
