Please be advised that the Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirementwill recessed the conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. to reconvene at 10:00AM in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room due to hazardous weather conditions causing safety concerns and traffic delays. We apologize for the inconvenience. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies on the following agenda items:
