The agenda is as follows: 2:00 p.m. Resolution No. 83-38 (LS) - Relative to the United Nations’ declaration of 2025 as the International Year of Cooperatives and recognizing its importance in achieving Sustainable Development Goals and revitalizing economic social development for Guam and the Oceanic region.
