A) Summary Zone Change Application No. 2025-52 for Lot 13, Block 27 (Dededo Extension) Zone Change from “R-1”
(Single Family Dwelling) to “R2” (Multi-Family Dwelling) Zone in order to allow (2) existing single-family dwellings on
the subject lot for family and rentals. Applicant: Lourdes Paran Pedro and Mariah Anngelene Corporal Paran.

B) GLUC Zone Change Application No. 2025-29, the Applicant, Core Tech Development, LLC, represented by TG
