The Committee on Finance and Government Operations will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, beginning at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
· 38GL-25-1389 – Office of the Governor of Guam – Appointment and Supporting Documents for Anthony P. Benavente, Member, Board of Commissioners, Civil Service Commission.*
· Bill No. 195-38 (COR) – Vincent A. V. Borja - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW §849.18 TO CHAPTER 8, TITLE 1 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO RENAMING THE GEORGE WASHINGTON FOOTBALL FIELD AS THE LORING SANTOS CRUZ FOOTBALL FIELD.
· Bill No. 208-38 (COR) – Telo T. Taitague - AN ACT TO AMEND PUBLIC LAW 37-135 TO PROVIDE A ONE-TIME TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR ($200) SUPPLEMENTAL COST-OF-LIVING ALLOWANCE (COLA) TO ELIGIBLE RETIREES AND SURVIVORS WHO LAST RENDERED GOVERNMENT SERVICE WITH AUTONOMOUS AGENCIES AND PUBLIC CORPORATIONS.
