Place: Guam Community College Student Services & Administration Building
Interested bidders may purchase a bid package at the Cashier's Office (Building 2000,
Room 2119, 15 floor, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday
(excluding Government of Guam holidays). A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be
charged for a hard copy of the bid package and must be purchased by the Pre-Bid
Conference date. Upon issuance of a receipt, the bid packet must be picked up from the
Materials Management Office, Room 2105 (1" floor). Attendance at the Pre-Bid
Conference is Mandatory, failure to attend will result in disqualification. However,
interested vendors may request a PDF file of the bid packet to be sent via email, free of
charge by the Pre-Bid Conference date.
