The Committee on Transportation, Tourism, Customs, Utilities and Federal & Foreign Affairs will convene a confirmation hearing and reconvene a joint oversight hearing on December 11, 2025 beginning at 2:00PM at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
