The Tamuning Municipal Planning Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025, 5:00 PM, in person at the Tamuning Community and Senior Center.
Guam Land Use Commission Application No. 2025-21, Pacific Energy Corporation, represented by W.B. Flores & Associates, is requesting a Zone Change from "H" (Resort-Hotel) to "M1" (Light Industrial) for the proposed construction and operation of a photovoltaic solar power facility on Lot 10185-4-2, in the Municipality of Tamuning.
