SUBJECT: First Notice – Call to Session on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

Buenas yan Håfa Adai:

I Kongressun Manhoben Guåhan will be called into Session on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall of the Guam Congress Building in Hagåtña, Guam.

The placement of bills and resolutions on the Session Agenda will be pursuant to our Amended Standing Rules. A copy of the adopted Session Agenda is appended to this memo.

The session will be broadcast on GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117 or 112-4 and the official website of I Liheslaturan Guåhan. A recording of the session will be available online via the Guam Legislature Media channel on YouTube after the session.
