The Barrigada Municipal Planning Council will hold a Public Hearing on December 18, 2025. At the Barrigada Mayor’s Office Conference Room.
5:30 PM. Application No. H2025-22 requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction and operation of a photovoltaic solar power facility on Lots 2442-5, 2442-6 and a portion of 2442-7, Municipality of Barrigada, in a “A” (Agricultural/Rural) Zone.
