The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 9:00 am in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
Bill No. 217-38 (COR) – Tina Rose Muña Barnes- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE §70124 TO CHAPTER 70 OF TITLE 21, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING LICENSED ELECTRICIANS TO CONDUCT WEATHERHEAD INSPECTIONS AND CERTIFICATION.
