Subject:    FIRST NOTICE of Public Hearing – Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

The Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 beginning at 8:00 a.m., in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room to hear and accept testimonies on the following agenda item: 

1. Bill No. 4-38 (COR) - Introduced by Joe S. San Agustin- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 3122 TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 3, TITLE 22, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO ENHANCING THE LOCAL MINIMUM WAGE OF GUAM.

Please be advised that the Committee will recess the hearing at 12:00 p.m. and continue/reconvene, on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room, for the purposes of receiving any additional testimony on the agenda item.
