NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Guam Public Utilities Commission (the “PUC”)
shall conduct public hearings related to the July 7, 2025 Tariff Adjustment Petition, filed by the
Port Authority of Guam (“PAG”).
The purpose of the public hearings will be to receive public comment and testimony
regarding PAG’s request for a phased-in increase of up to 17% to its labor and equipment usage
rates. All other rate charges, such as wharfage, fuel surcharge, facility maintenance, crane
surcharge, and leases, are not included.
PAG’s July 7, 2025 Tariff Adjustment Petition, with supporting testimony, and all other
relevant documents and materials filed in the instant docket, are available for public inspection at
the PUC’s office, which is located in Suite 207, GCIC Building, 414 West Soledad Avenue,
Hagåtña, Guam. A copy of the proposed adjustments may also be viewed at PAG’s website,
http://www.portguam.com.
No rate increase shall become effective unless approved by the PUC. If approved by the
PUC, PAG may implement such increases effective February 1, 2026. Interested persons may
participate in any public hearing by registration with the PUC at Suite 207, GCIC Building, 414
West Soledad Avenue, Hagåtna, Guam.
The PUC will conduct a public hearing on January 20, 2026, 6:30 p.m., at the Guam
Election Commission, 241 Farenholt Avenue, Oka Bldg., 2nd Floor, Suite 205, Tamuning
Guam.
The PUC further invites public comments and testimony on the rate increases requested
by PAG at additional public hearings, which have been scheduled pursuant to Public Law 26-23
and 12 G.C.A. Section 12117, and which shall be held at the following locations and times:
6:30 p.m., January 21, 2026, Dededo Senior Citizens Center
6:30 p.m., January 22, 2026, Asan Community Center
