Please be advised that the Office of Senator William A. Parkinson will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 9:30AM in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building to receive testimony on the following:

• Resolution No. 117-38 (COR) – Senator William A. Parkinson

Relative to urging the United States Congress and the Department of Defense to transition Guam from the Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA) system to the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) system.
