The Committee on Health and Veterans Affairs will conduct a Public Hearing on Friday January 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 A.M., in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.
The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following:

Bill No. 254-38 (COR)- Sabrina Salas Matanane - AN ACT TO AMEND §9401, §9402, §9403, §9405, §9406(a)(1), AND §9409 OF ARTICLE 4, CHAPTER 9, TITLE 3, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS, RELATIVE TO ALIGNING CANNABIS AGRICULTURAL REQUIREMENTS WITH GENERAL AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES ON GUAM; AND TO MAKE OTHER NECESSARY CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.
How to Participate: Written testimony may be delivered to the Office of Senator Sabrina Salas Matanane at the Guam Congress Building, 163 Chalan Santo Papa Hagåtña, Guam 96910 or via email to Office.SenatorBri@guamlegislature.gov.
