The Committee on Transportation, Tourism, Customs, Utilities and Federal & Foreign Affairs will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, beginning at 2:00PM at
the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
