The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 8:30 am in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
o Bill No. 172-38 (COR) – Frank F. Blas, Jr. - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 8107.2 TO CHAPTER 8, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; RELATIVE TO REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PUBLISH AND MAINTAIN A RECORD OF ANTICIPATED, ON-GOING, ON-HOLD, AND COMPLETED PROJECTS ON ITS WEBSITE, PURSUANT TO OPEN GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS.
o Bill No. 227-38 (COR) – V. Anthony Ada, Christopher M. Dueñas - AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GUAM DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO CARRY FORWARD UNEXPENDED APPROPRIATED FUNDS FROM PRIOR FISCAL YEARS UNTIL SUCH FUNDS ARE FULLY EXPENDED.
o Bill No. 233-38 (COR) – Eulogio Shawn Gumataotao - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 40114.1 TO ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 40, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ASSIGNING A PORTION OF LOT NO. 87-5-R2 IN HAGÅTÑA, TO THE HAGÅTÑA MAYOR’S OFFICE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY SPORTS AND RECREATION FACILITIES, AND TO FURTHER AUTHORIZING THAT OFFICE TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE GUAM FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF A FOOTBALL PITCH AND RELATED FACILITIES ON A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED HEREIN.
