Second Notice: The Guam Soil and Water Conservation Districts will hold its annual joint Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (ChST) via Zoom Video Conference.
Such meeting is open to the public, and any member of the public shall be permitted to attend. For those who wish to participate may send a meeting link request to southerndistrict@swcd.guam.gov by December 13, 2021.
Purpose: According to 5 GCA 71 § 71105(3) "(A) Both district boards shall have a joint meeting at least once per year, during which time the district directors shall prepare an operating budget to support their mission and mandates; (B) Such budget shall be submitted to the University, for subsequent submission to I Liheslaturan Guåhan."
