The purpose of this hearing is to discuss:
1. Proposed Amendments to the existing Rules and Regulations of the Guam
Commission for Educator Certification in Chapter 8, Title 5a, of the Guam
Administrative Rules and Regulations relative to Basic Skills Assessments,
Temporary School Counselor, and the reference to school administration
standards.
