The Office of Senator Sabina Flores Perez will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. The public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. The agenda is as follows:

● Bill No. 19-38 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez/Chris Barnett – AN ACT TO REPEAL AND REENACT § 7161 (a) AND (e) AND TO AMEND § 7161 (b) ALL OF CHAPTER 7, TITLE 16, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO UPDATING THE STREET LIGHT FUND TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO FACILITATE INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS AND ENHANCE SAFETY FOR PEDESTRIANS, BICYCLISTS, AND MOTORISTS.
● Bill No. 126-38 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez/Chris Barnett/Shelly V. Calvo/Therese M. Terlaje – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 28112(d) OF CHAPTER 28, TITLE 11 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT AND PROVIDING SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS FOR OUR YOUTH.
● Bill No. 127-38 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez/V. Anthony Ada – AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 28112(d) OF CHAPTER 28, TITLE 11 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO STRENGTHENING DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES’ INSPECTION CAPACITY TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF OUR PEOPLE.
