Re:      FIRST NOTICE of Public Hearing on February 16, 2026

The Committee on Finance and Government Operations will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 16, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:
 

• Bill No. 262-38 (LS) – V. Anthony Ada – AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND ($890,000) TO I LIHESLATURAN GUÅHAN FOR ITS CYBERSECURITY AND AUTOMATIONS NEEDS FOR FY 2026.
• Bill No. 246-38 (COR) – Telo T. Taitague - AN ACT TO AMEND 1303.1 OF CHAPTER 1, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, TO ADD THE GUAM CANCER TRUST FUND TO THE LIST OF ENTITIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES EXEMPT FROM THE BUREAU OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ALLOTMENT RELEASE CONTROL, TO ENSURE TIMELY AND CONSISTENT ACCESS TO APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR CANCER PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
