The Committee on Transportation, Tourism, Customs, Utilities and Federal & Foreign Affairs will reconvene HAS CANCELLED a confirmation hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00AM at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

·       Doc. No. 38GL-25-1485– Appointment for John T. Cruz, Member, Guam Regional Transit Authority Board of Directors.
 
Participation in the Oversight Hearing will be limited to representatives from the relevant government agencies; however, members of the public are welcome to attend the Oversight Hearing.
