Re: FIRST NOTICE of Oversight Hearing: March 10, 2026
The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.
The Oversight Hearing will cover the Department of Parks and Recreation in preparation for Performance-Based Budgeting for Fiscal Year 2027.
While attendance of the Oversight Hearing is open to members of the general public, participation in the Oversight Hearing will be limited to representatives of the Department of Parks and Recreation. Those interested in participating in the Public Hearing to provide testimony may contact the Office of Vice Speaker V. Anthony Ada at (671) 989-0855 or via electronic mail at vicespeakertonyada@guamlegislature.gov for further guidance.

The Public Hearing will broadcast LIVE on local television (GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117) and stream online via i Liheslaturan Guåhan’s live feed. Written testimonies may be sent via email at vicespeakertonyada@guamlegislature.gov.
