Re: FIRST NOTICE of Appointment Hearing: March 19, 2026

The Committee on Child Welfare, Youth Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women’s Affairs, Disability Services, the Arts, Culture, Historic Preservation, and Hagatåña Restoration will conduct an Appointment Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.

This hearing will consider the following appointments:

38GL‑26‑1921 - Lillian Gill, Community Representative, Guam Council on the

Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA) Board of Directors

38GL‑26‑1963 - Sarah G. Elmore‑Hernandez, Director, Bureau of Women’s Affairs

Written testimony may be delivered to the Office of Senator Shelly V. Calvo at the Guam Congress Building, 163 Chalan Santo Papa Hagåtña, Guam 96910. Those interested in participating in the Public Hearing to provide testimony may contact the Office of Senator Shelly V.
