Re:         SECOND NOTICE of Oversight Hearing: March 19, 2026
 
The Committee on Land, Environment, Housing, Agriculture, Parks and Infrastructure will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 9:00 am in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.
 
The Oversight Hearing will cover the Department of Public Works in preparation for Performance-Based Budgeting for Fiscal Year 2027.
 
 
While attendance of the Oversight Hearing is open to members of the general public, participation in the Oversight Hearing will be limited to representatives of the Department of Public Works. Those interested in participating in the Public Hearing to provide testimony may contact the Office of Vice Speaker V. Anthony Ada at  (671) 989-0855  or via electronic mail at vicespeakertonyada@guamlegislature.gov for further guidance. Submission of Presentation Media: Digital material and presentations must be emailed to vicespeakertonyada@guamlegislature.govno later than two (2) days before the public hearing to allow timely submission to the Guam Legislature’s MIS Division.

The Public Hearing will broadcast LIVE on local television (GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117) and stream online via i Liheslaturan Guåhan’s live feed. Written testimonies may be sent via email at vicespeakertonyada@guamlegislature.gov.
