Application No. 2025-71, the Applicant, Guam Evergreen Corp., Represented by FC Benavente Planners; is requesting a Zone Change from “A” (Agricultural/Rural) zone tom “M1” (Light Industrial) zone, for a proposed warehouse structure, on Lot 6-R1, Block 1, Tract 221, Barrigada.
