The Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Friday, April 10, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room to hear and accept testimonies on the following agenda item (s):
 
               I.         Bill No. 249-38 (COR)- Frank F. Blas/ Vincent A. V. Borja/ Jesse A. Lujan/ Tina Rose Muña-Barnes/ V. Anthony Ada/ Christopher M. Dueñas/ Shelly V. Calvo- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 22107 (I) TO CHAPTER 22, TITLE 7, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; RELATIVE TO EXEMPTING CERTIFIED SPECIALISTS PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES TO STUDENTS WITH SPECIALIZED NEEDS FROM JURY DUTY.
 
             II.         Bill No. 271-38 (COR)- Therese M. Terlaje/ William A. Parkinson/ Chris Barnett/ Christopher M. Dueñas/ Frank F. Blas, Jr./ Telo T. Taitague/ Sabina Flores Perez- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 55.75 TO CHAPTER 55 TITLE 9 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO DETERRING THE TAMPERING OF GUAM CUSTOMS AND QUARANTINE AGENCY SEALS.
 
           III.         Bill No. 292-38 (COR)- Telo T. Taitague- AN ACT TO AMEND § 6302(a)(1)(A), (a)(1)(B), (a)(2), (a)(3), (b)(3) AND § 6304(a) OF ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 6, DIVISION 1, TITLE 17, GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS, RELATIVE TO CORRECTIONS TO KEY TERMS IN PUBLIC LAW 38-93, THE PREGNANT WORKERS FAIRNESS ACT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
 
Public Hearing Testimony: Oral testimony may be presented at the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in. Written testimony may be emailed to senatortelot@gmail.com or delivered to the Office of Senator Telo T. Taitague, Suite 407, DNA Building, 238 Archbishop Flores Street, Hagåtña, Guam.
