Search Through All NoticesThe Guam Office of Infrastructure Policy and Development (OIPD) is the designated entity responsible for administering the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program in Guam under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), in alignment with National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requirements and Guam’s approved BEAD Final Proposal.
Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), OIPD is soliciting applications from qualified entities to carry out cybersecurity monitoring and operational safeguards supporting BEAD-funded broadband infrastructure. This NOFO constitutes Guam’s formal competitive subgrant process in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and applicable BEAD program requirements.
Awards issued under this NOFO will be made as subgrant agreements to selected Applicants (Subgrantees) and will be subject to all applicable federal grant regulations. This NOFO does not constitute a procurement of goods or services.
