The IFB package will be available at the Guam Ethics Commission (GECOM) office located at 134 W. Soledad Ave., Citadel Bldg., Suite 406, Hagåtña, Guam 96910, commencing on the date of advertisement up to the due date stated above, and is available for download on the Guam Ethics Commission website: https://guamethics.com/announcements.
Prospective bidders must register their current contact information with GECOM to ensure receipt of all notices regarding any changes or updates to the IFB. To register, please complete the IFB Acknowledgment Receipt Form found on page 5 of the IFB packet. The procuring agency will not be liable for failure to provide notice to any party who did not register their current contact information.
