The Committee on Health and Veterans Affairs will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Wednesday June 3, 2026, beginning at 2:00 P.M., in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.
The Committee will hear and accept testimony from the following Agency:

Topics for discussion
* Financial Status, Budgetary Shortfalls, and Lapsed Funds
* Contractual Services, Procurement, and Vendor Status
* Staffing Levels, Workforce Recruitment, and Employee Retention
* Behavioral Health Service Demand, System Capacity, and Access to Care
* Patient Elopements, Safety Protocols, and Incident Response
* Inpatient Facility Conditions, Security Measures, and Operational Readiness
How to Participate: Written testimony may be delivered to the Office of Senator Sabrina Salas Matanane at the Guam Congress Building, 163 Chalan Santo Papa Hagåtña, Guam 96910 or via email to Office.SenatorBri@guamlegislature.gov. The Committee requests that testimonies be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
