Buenas yan Håfa adai! Please be advised that the Committee on Public Safety, Emergency Management, and Guam National Guard will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026, in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building in Hagåtña based on the following agenda:
- Corrective Action Plan Update - Office of Civil Defense and Office of Homeland Security FEMA Grants covered by the 2023 Premier Group Audit, Office of Public Accountability Report No. 24-07 (June 2024), and Office of Public Accountability Report No. 24-12 (December 2024).

The Oversight Hearing will broadcast on local television, GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117 and stream online via I Liheslaturan Guåhan’s live feed. A recording of the hearing will be available online via Guam Legislature Media on YouTube after the hearing.
How to Participate
Participation in the Oversight Hearing is limited to representatives from the Office of the Governor, Office of Civil Defense, Office of Homeland Security, and relevant finance officials of the Government of Guam; however, members of the public are welcome to attend.
