FIRST NOTICE OF REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING

THE GUAM PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GUAM PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (“PUC”) will conduct a regular business meeting, commencing at 6:30 p.m., on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Suite 807, DNA Bldg., 238 Archbishop F.C. Flores St., Hagatna, Guam.
 
The following business will be transacted:
 
AGENDA
 
  1. Call to Order.          
  2. Approval of Minutes of May 07, 2026 and May 21, 2026 Special Meetings.                                                                      
 
GUAM WATERWORKS AUTHORITY
 
  1. GWA Docket No. 26-07:  Petition to Approve a Fund Increase for Change Order No. 6 for the Ugum Surface Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project; Legal Counsel Report, and proposed Order.
  2. GWA Docket No. 26-08:  Petition to Authorize GWA’s Procurement for Construction Services for Water and Sewer Line Replacement for Various Bridges, Phase 1; Legal Counsel Report, and proposed Order. 
 
GUAM POWER AUTHORITY
 
  1. GPA Docket No. 26-11:  Petition of the Guam Power Authority to Extend the Term of ULSD Storage Lease Agreement with Tristar Terminal Guam, Inc.; Legal Counsel Report and proposed Order.
  2. GPA Docket No. 26-13:  Petition of the Guam Power Authority to Increase the Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause (LEAC) for the Period of July 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027; ALJ Report, and proposed Order.
  3. GPA Docket No. 26-14:  Petition of the Guam Power Authority to Approve Phase IV Renewable Energy Acquisition Award to Sunenergy 1 LLC, Sunenergy 2 LLC, Sunenergy 3, LLC and Sunenergy 4 LLC for up to 62 MW of Renewable Energy Capacity; ALJ Report and proposed Order.
 
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
 
  1. Update on Waste to Energy White Paper.
  2. FYI - GPA Docket Nos. 10-01 and 14-09:  Guam Power Authority’s Filing of Second Quarter Revenue Bond Usage Reports.
