I Liheslaturan Guåhan will be called into Tenth Special Session by Request of Maga’hågan Guåhan, the Governor of Guam on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall in the Guam Congress Building, to address her following legislation:
 
Bill No.  1 (10-S)  AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE, AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF GUAM FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 20, 2027, MAKING OTHER APPROPRIATIONS, AND ESTABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS.
 
The session will be broadcast on GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117 or 112-4 and at http://www.guamlegislature.gov/live_feed.htm. A recording of the session will be available online via Guam Legislature Media on YouTube after the session.
