The Committee on Economic Investment, Military Buildup, Regional Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, Justice, Elections, and Retirement will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room to hear and accept testimonies on the following agenda item: Bill No. 191-38 (COR)- Introduced by Eulogio Shawn Gumataotao- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW § 70.460 TO ARTICLE 4 OF CHAPTER 70, TITLE 9, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO PROHIBITING THE UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION OF UNMANNED AIRCRAFT OVER GOVERNMENT OF GUAM CORRECTIONAL AND DETENTION FACILITIES.
