The Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for a financial audit of the Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package may be obtained at the Office of Public Accountability (OPA), in Hagåtña, Guam, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The RFP package may also be downloaded from OPA’s website at www.opaguam.org.
