The Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA), in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law (5 G.C.A. Ch. 9), will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to receive comments on the implementation of GWA’s Comprehensive Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program and the proposed amendments to Guam Administrative Rules, Title 28, Chapter 2, Article 1.
