The Office of Infrastructure Policy and Development (OIPD), Office of the Governor of Guam, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to support the Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program in Guam. The consultant will provide strategic guidance on broadband deployment, support non-deployment initiatives, and deploy a grants management portal to ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements.
