PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office for Coastal Management will hold a public meeting to solicit comments on the performance evaluation of the Guam Coastal Management Program (GCMP), Bureau of Statistics and Plans.
