Operation Liberate Guam has reached its target goal of fully vaccinating 80% of the island’s adult population. To date, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) has certified that a total of 96,066 eligible adult individuals have received either both doses of the Pfizer or Moderna two-dose series or the Johnson & Johnson single-dose series.
