NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GUAM LEGISLATURE AND DRAFT ADMINISTRATIVE RULES GOVERNING THE PRACTICE OF ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONS INCLUDING AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE The Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners (GBAHE) will conduct public hearings to consider proposed legislation to forward to I Liheslaturan Guåhan (Guam Legislature) proposing the repeal and reenactment of, and amendments to the Guam Allied Health Practice Act; and to consider Draft Administrative Rules Governing the Practice of Allied Health Professions, including amendments to the fee schedule: Friday, October 7, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Health Professional Licensing Office (HPLO), 2nd Floor Conference Room 209, Terlaje Building, Hagåtña, Guam. The public is invited to attend.
