Barrigada, GU – The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (“DRT”) announced that on June 7, 2022, the agency
processed an additional 118 payments for the All RISE Program totaling $110,400. The amount comprised 80 paper
checks and 38 electronic funds transfers.

The top reasons All RISE Program applicants may not have received a payment are:
1. Applicant did not have a validly filed and processed 2020 Guam income tax return
2. Applicant made an error on the application to include error in name, social security number, mailing address, direct
deposit information, or filing status
DRT continues to review and address errors on the remaining “S” status applications.
