BARRIGADA, GUAM – In anticipation of implementation of the All RISE Program, the Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT) is announcing additional guidance for Mayor’s Verification for the “ALL-RISE” program.
WHAT IS ACCEPTED?
a) Guam Mayor’s Verification for calendar year 2020 to present.
b) DRT will also accept a copy of a Mayor’s Verification for calendar year 2020 to application date if previously issued to another agency or household member, as long as the applicant(s) for the “ALL RISE” program is listed as a member of the same household.
c) A copy of any Mayor’s Verification previously submitted to DRT for another program for calendar year 2020 through application date.
