Results: One New Case of COVID-19
One (1) new case of COVID-19 was identified out of 360 tests performed on Monday, May 10. One (1) case reported recent travel history and was identified in quarantine. To date, there have been a total of 8,044 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 139 deaths, 88 cases in active isolation, and 7,817 not in active isolation. The CAR Score is 0.8.
GDOE and DPHSS Host “Vaccinate Before You Graduate” COVID-19 Clinic
The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) and the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) Immunization Program will host a final vaccination clinic for school year 2020-2021. The “Vaccinate Before You Graduate” clinic will be held on Monday, May 24, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the John F. Kennedy High School gym. Although geared towards seniors who will soon be receiving their diplomas, all eligible students and people in the community may avail themselves of the vaccination clinic.
